The workflow is three passes. Draft: edit with spreadsheet keyboard shortcuts, mark every remaining empty cell as off in one click with “Fill days off” — or, on the Pro plan, type shifts in plain English: “Alice 9-5 on Monday”. Check: working-time guardrails flag insufficient daily rest, missing breaks, and weekly-hours risks before anything goes out. Publish: staff get a live link — and on the Pro plan you can email the schedule with a PDF attached, with republishes emailing only the people whose shifts changed.
Sized for growing teams
The free plan covers a real operation, not a demo: up to 50 employees and 100 schedules, with the full editor and sharing included. When the operation outgrows one site or 50 people, the Pro plan (£2 per employee per month, 30-day free trial) removes the limits and adds multiple venues, departments, and collaborator permissions scoped to exactly what each manager runs — a structure that holds up for multi-site teams, not just small ones.
