Specified Commercial Transactions Act

Right to cancel
Darouta is sold for use in a trade, business, or profession. Japanese law gives no right to cancel a subscription bought online just because you change your mind, so this one is ours: you may cancel this contract within 14 days of placing this order, without giving a reason. Cancel with the "Withdraw from contract here" button in your Billing settings, or email billing@darouta.com; we will refund you within 14 days of being told. See section 9 of the Terms of Service, which also sets out a cancellation form you may use.
If you cancel after asking us to start, we charge pro-rata for the days you had access and refund the rest.
This subscription renews every month until you cancel it, and is billed at the end of each month for the employees you had that month. Cancel at any time in your Billing settings; cancelling stops future renewals and keeps access until the end of the period you have paid for.
