Rota software for multiple venues
Darouta organises scheduling the way multi-site operations actually run: one workspace, a rota per venue, departments inside each venue, and collaborators who see only the venue or department they manage.
One workspace, many venues
Spreadsheet scheduling breaks down the moment a second site opens: files multiply, versions drift, and nobody is sure which rota is current. In Darouta the structure mirrors the business — the organisation owns venues, venues optionally contain departments, and every rota belongs to exactly one place. Whoever runs the whole operation sees everything; everyone else sees their own patch.
Delegate without losing the overview
Collaborator permissions are scoped to a venue or a single department, so a site manager schedules their own team without seeing — or being able to touch — anyone else’s. Owners keep an organisation-wide view of rotas, staff, and costs across every site.
Publishing that reaches every site
- Each venue or department shares its own live schedule link — staff always see the current published version, on any phone, without an account.
- Publish-and-email: when you publish, Darouta offers to email the rota to staff with a PDF attached; on a republish it emails only the people whose shifts actually changed, each seeing just their own changes.
- Working-time guardrails run per rota, flagging rest, break, and weekly-hours risks before anything goes out.
Pricing that follows headcount, not sites
Multi-venue scheduling is part of the Pro plan: £2 per employee per month, with a 30-day free trial. Pricing is per employee — adding venues or departments costs nothing extra, so opening a new site doesn’t change the pricing model. Compare plans on the pricing page, or start with the free plan for a single venue and upgrade when the second site opens.
